Frank A. Westburg, 86, passed away in Elgin on March 30, 2016. He was born on November 5, 1929 in Rochester, NY. Frank is the beloved husband of the late Margaret Westburg nee White and the late Carol Westburg nee Speier. Loving father of Kevin (Kathy) Westburg, Eric (Paula) Westburg, Dana (Dawn) Westburg, Cara (Stephen) Speier Shafer, and Adam Speier. Proud grandfather of 10. Dear brother of the late Joyce and the late Linda. In lieu of flowers, donations to Little Angels Center for Exceptional Care 1435 Summit St. Elgin, Il 60120 (847)741-1609. There will be a graveside service on July 15th at 10am in Lake View Cemetery, Skaneateles.

Condolences to your family. May you receive comfort from the word of God during this time of loss. Acts 24:15 says there will be a resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous.
