Maria T. Bulman, “Terry”, 78 of Skaneateles, NY, formerly of Newtown CT, passed away on July 29, 2016 at Upstate University Hospital after a brief illness. Terry had a love for life, family and friends, a ready smile and a contagious laugh. Terry was a Labor & Delivery Nurse at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT for many years. The comraderies of “Her Girls” on the floor gave her much joy. They enjoyed travelling; especially their annual trips to Cape Cod and sending their winters in Myrtle Beach with dear friends. Terry was predeceased by her mother Maria Valys and father Walter Valys, stepmother Elisbeth Valys and a brother John Valys. Feeling her absence are her husband Robert, sons Robert Jr. (Linda) of Bethel, CT; Jeffrey (Debby Sliwa) of Torrington, CT and a daughter Deborah (Dave) Spearing and grandsons, Tyler and Owen Spearing all of Auburn, NY.
Special thanks to the Upstate Nurses and Doctors on ICU, Oncology and the Bone Marrow Unit. You all are truly angels here on earth. We will forever remember your
kindness and compassion.
