Cynthia Gill Newell of Owasco, NY went to be with the Lord on January 12, 2019 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She worked many years in the dental field, most recently with Skaneateles Dental Associates. She is survived by her husband David, two sons Corey and Kyle and her sister Marie (Russell) Laning along with several cousins. A celebration of Cindy’s life will take place this summer.

I’m so sorry for your loss, never forget God cares for you. A comforting scripture in the Bible is Isaiah 25:8 “He will swallow up death forever, And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.” We can look forward to a time in the future here on earth where we can welcome back our dead loved ones again.

Yesterday, while waiting in the car, I read the Skaneateles Press. I came upon Cindy's obituary. I did not know Cindy died. She meant a lot to me and I sat and cried as I thought about how happy I always was to see her at Skaneateles Dental Associates office. Cindy was always pleasant, kind, helpful, and so funny. She made my day! I told her once that I was amazed at how much she could balance at once at the office! She was really an important part of that office and she will be missed each and every day. I just wanted the family to know that Cindy made a difference in my life, and I am very sorry for your loss. May God Bless you all with strength and courage during this difficult time.
